As the Sales Specialist, Neuroendocrine Tumors (NET), you’ll develop, coordinate, and implement strategic business plans focused on Referral and Treatment networks of NET customer accounts to further the Radio Ligand Therapy (RLT) platform for both the diagnostic and therapeutic AAA portfolio. Your focus will be on driving clinical conviction in a complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare professional environment including engagement, coordination, and planning. Key stakeholders include Medical Oncologists, GI Oncologists, Nuclear Medicine, and Radiation Oncologists. The Sales Specialist, NET collaborates with cross-functional colleagues as appropriate to develop and execute business opportunities aligned with the franchise strategy. As a Sales Specialist, NET you’ll be required to support the following territory: Seattle, Washington and the surrounding areas. Group Summary:As part of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), the Institute for Disease Modeling's (IDM) mission is to guide global efforts towards the eradication and control of infectious disease through the use and promotion of quantitative analysis. The IDM team is composed of research scientists and software developers who create advanced models of disease transmission, develop computational tools to inform global disease eradication policy, conduct analysis of epidemiologically- and policy-relevant data, and identify and address critical knowledge gaps. IDM is a highly dynamic organization with a work environment that is defined by innovation and collaboration. As part of our work, we routinely collaborate with groups at the World Health Organization, UNAIDS, the Centers for Disease Control, PATH, ministries of health in the developing world, as well as universities and research institutes across the globe.We seek a full-time Post-doctoral Research Scientist to join IDM's HIV team. We seek a candidate passionate about applying rigorous quantitative research and mathematical modeling to questions in HIV epidemiology, treatment and prevention policy, and disease transmission dynamics. The Post-doctoral Research Scientist will conduct statistical data analysis and/or mathematical modeling to identify key HIV transmission dynamics that sustain epidemics, quantify the effect of uncertainty and model-based assumptions on the effectiveness of current and planned HIV interventions, and prioritize additional epidemiological data collection needed to guide strategic-decision making around treatment and prevention.
