Financial Client Relationship Specialist

A leading wealth management firm is seeking a Financial Client Relationship Specialist. We are looking for people with a passion for helping clients. Our Client Relationship Specialists will pursue this mission through: Being the main point of between internal portfolio managers and clients
Delivering unparalleled value, excellent service and providing a positive client experience
Providing exceptional administrative support to the trust accounting system and client relationship database (CRM)Support Portfolio Managers with; reporting, scheduling, meetings, confidentiality etc. Have a strong sense of financial industry; tax, trusts investments
Scheduling clients with an Associate Financial Consultant and/or Financial Consultant for further consultation
What you have: We place a premium on high performance, quality service and the ability to execute the firms strategy. Essential skills include: Bachelor's or associate degree preferred3 -5 years of financial industry experience is a must
Strong understanding of essential fundamental trust, tax, and investment concepts
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy
Willingness to learn and become proficient in company systems and software such as CRMOutstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs and inquiries simultaneously
Need be able to build and maintain good cross enterprise working relationships
