Quality Assurance Specialist (Part-Time) A. Harold and Associates, LLC (AHA) is seeking a Part-Time Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS). The QAS will work with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, and Graphic Specialists to gather and analyze existing training documentation to support the revision of the U.S. Navy Cryptologic Technician Interpretive (CTI) Rate Training Manual (RTM). No travel will be required for this role. This is a Pensacola, FL opportunity that requires approximately half time in-office support and a security clearance. Specific Duties/Job
RequirementsReviews Rate Training Manual structure for compliance with NETC standards and guides Provides control of deliverables to include a Work Plan, POA&M, Meeting Agendas and Minutes, Adjudicated Review Comments, Monthly Status Reports Performs QA and QC support across all contract deliverables Reviews RTM ELOs and TLOs for integrated master plan Assists with Test Package development Coordinates with SMEs and support staff Performs project administration Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) Concise communication, able to adapt to customer needs Other duties as assigned
RequiredExperience/Education: Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of five years professional work related experience Minimum five years of Government contracting experience, preferably associated with RTM development/revision Foundational knowledge of adult learning theory Data collection / facilitation skills (typing, listening, writing) Organized and concise Exceptional attention to detail Able to adapt to customer need Exceptional written/grammar skills Current Secret clearance or have previously held a security clearance
