Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum of three years of Infrastructure Technology sales experience ( CDW, Connection, SHI, World Wide Technology, GHA Technologies, Insight, Zones, Prosys, PC Mall/Mac Mall, PCM, Sarcom, More
- Solution selling expertise with broad knowledge of corporate IT Infrastructure and thorough understanding of solutions such as cloud computing, virtualization, storage and networking
- Articulate hunter and closer, combined with a verifiable outstanding personal sales record
- Proven track record of success in technology sales in the Enterprise & Commercial space, with a record of consistent increases in new customers, revenue and gross margin
- Experience selling and partnering with all of the Tier 1 OEM s including HP, VMware, Cisco, Citrix, Microsoft, Lenovo, Dell, Fortinet, IBM, Adobe, etc.

BIT DIRECT is looking for highly motivated and talented Account Executives willing to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
As an industry leading VAR, we offer very lucrative and flexible compensations plans that can accommodate the needs of all Account Executives. Our 1099 / Sales Agent plan offers an opportunity paying 75% of GP for the first 120 days then evening out to 50% of GP; these candidates must possess a high level of achievement in sales through self-direction, self-management and the will to succeed.
We also offer a draw/advance plan paying up to 40% of GP with the option of benefits. Finally, our base-salary plus commission and optional benefits plan is available too.
