You are meant to benefit humanity/."Lockheed Martin is looking for a Systems Integration Engineer with initiative to join the team on a new and exciting program/.As a Systems Engineer, you will: Support the program Mission Analysis effort to obtain optimal system wide performance Develop the system CONOPS of a space/-based system to define all phases of system use and operations while continually analyzing results and making adjustments to maximize system capability Use MBSE, systems modeling and simulation, and perform trade studies, to optimize all aspects of systems performance Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to efficiently satisfy customer requirements Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems-analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints Typically has 9 /

Experience with developing CONOPS on space or space related programs Experience using modeling and simulation tools in a number of program phases, or on several programs and working with modern tools to integrate them with other Systems Engineering tools Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph, and additional candidate screening will apply Desired Skills: Systems engineering experience on classified programs Experience conducting detailed trade studies on complex system of systems programs Experience integrating software/hardware and complex systems Customer interface experience Significant Model/-Based Systems Engineering /(MBSE/) experience Experience leading MBSE analysis, organization, and execution with system models Experience integrating analysis tools Space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines outside of Systems Engineering Ability to lead multi/-functional teams, build strong relationships with team members and build consensus among peers Validated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: job/
